PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system for producing effects of activating regional economy even under deflation economy.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: reward data storage means for storing reward data; reference storage means for storing at least information relating to a position as a reference of whether to transmit reward data; reception means for receiving a reward data transmission request; determination processing means for determining whether to transmit reward data including at least position determination processing of whether or not the current position of the transmission source user of the reward data transmission request is positioned within a position range to be specified on the basis of information relating to a position stored in reference storage means as a reference of whether to transmit reward data; and transmission means for, when it is determined that the reward data are transmitted on the basis of the reward data transmission request by the determination processing means, transmitting reward data. |
