PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which a certain result of cell isolation can be automatically obtained without performing a procedure that depends on the skill level.SOLUTION: In a cell isolation apparatus 100, tissue and fluid that are accommodated in a container 20 are agitated by a pipette 10, and cells are isolated from the tissue. A nozzle 40 to which the pipette 10 is attached is connected to a pump 42. A controller 80 controls an operation of the pump 42 to cause air to be ejected from the nozzle 40 or to be sucked into the nozzle, thereby causing the pipette 10 to perform agitation. A user inputs a condition of control through an operation unit 94. As the condition of the control, at least one of a rate of ejection of air from the nozzle 40, a rate of suction of air into the nozzle, an amount of suction of air, an amount of ejection of air, a duration time of ejection of air, a duration time of suction of air, an interval between election and suction, and ejection and suction numbers is variable. |
