PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal framework for a denture with a low manufacturing cost, and to provide a manufacturing method of the denture.SOLUTION: Wax is attached to a main model M to form a wax pattern 1w of a denture base shape, the wax pattern 1w is detached from the main model M and embedded in a refractory investment to form a mold for a denture base, the mold for the denture base is heated, the wax is removed, a molten metal is poured into a formed space to cast the denture base 1, and a retainer 2 is fixed to the denture base 1. Since a silicone impression or a duplicated model is not formed, a manufacturing cost can be lowered without using expensive silicone or fireproof gypsum, and manufacturing time can be shortened. Since the wax pattern 1w of the denture base shape is formed separately from the retainer 2, the wax pattern 1w can be prevented from being deformed when detached from the main model M. |
