PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable assembly by simple steps while suppressing damage on a solid polymer electrolyte membrane well.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrolyte membrane/electrode structure 10 with a resin frame includes a step for forming an electrolyte membrane with a catalyst, a step for forming a second gas diffusion layer with an adhesive sheet by impregnating the inner peripheral edge of an adhesive sheet having plane dimensions larger than those of a second gas diffusion layer 22b into the outer peripheral edge of the second gas diffusion layer 22b, a step for obtaining a laminate by laminating the second gas diffusion layer with an adhesive sheet, the electrolyte membrane with a catalyst, and a first gas diffusion layer 20b in this order on the inner peripheral protrusion 24a of a frame member 24 made of resin, and a step for integrating the laminate. |
