PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user in using an information processing apparatus with an inexpensive and simple configuration.SOLUTION: When a user logs in an image forming system at a client terminal 2, a menu screen is displayed on the client terminal 2 according to a usage authority level of the user; and an image forming apparatus 1 is operated from the client terminal 2 by operation on the menu screen.
