PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve riding comfort so as not to be deteriorated due to vibration generated on a vehicle body sidewall in a seat mounting structure for mounting a window side end of a seat in a bus on the vehicle body sidewall.SOLUTION: A seat mounting structure in a bus includes: a vehicle body side support member 11 provided on a vehicle body sidewall 1R of the bus; a seat side support member 12 which is disposed on a vertical direction upper side with a prescribed space from the vehicle body side support member 11 and provided at a window side end of a seat 4R; and a vibration control member 13 narrowly installed in the vertical direction by the vehicle body side support member 11 and the seat side support member 12. Accordingly, vibration in a vehicle body width direction, a vehicle body longitudinal direction and the vertical direction generated on the vehicle body sidewall 1R according to traveling of the bus is not directly transmitted to the seat 4R, thereby improving the riding comfort of a passenger sitting on the seat 4R. |
