PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a transformer and suppress loss of power.SOLUTION: A power-supply system 1 includes: a distribution board 2 having a circuit L1 receiving single-phase three-wire AC power from a power system 10; a fuel battery device 3 outputting the single-phase three-wire AC power; a storage battery device 4 outputting single-phase two-wire AC power; and a transformer 5 provided between the fuel battery device 3 and the storage battery device 4 and mutually converting the single-phase three-wire AC power and the single-phase two-wire AC power. The circuit L1 includes a voltage line u and a neutral line o to which an important load 22 is connected. The storage battery device 4 supplies the single-phase two-wire AC power to the voltage line u and the neutral line o and supplies the single-phase three-wire AC power to the fuel battery device 3 via the transformer 5 during a power failure of the power system 10. The fuel battery device 3 supplies the single-phase two-wire AC power to the voltage line u and the neutral line o via the transformer 5 during the power failure of the power system 10.
