PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device with improved estimation accuracy of the temperature or magnetic flux of a magnet of a motor.SOLUTION: A motor control device includes: an inverter 7 converting power inputted from a power supply and supplying the converted power to a motor 10; a sensor detecting the state of the motor 10; and control means for controlling an alternating current outputted from the inverter 7 to the motor 10 on the basis of the detected value of the sensor. The control means estimates an estimation value of the temperature or magnetic field of a magnet provided in the motor 10 from characteristics of a command value controlling the inverter 7, or first characteristics showing ideal response characteristics of an output of the motor 10 or an output of the inverter 7 with respect to the command value and second characteristics showing characteristics of the detection value detected by the sensor with respect to the command value. |
