PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power interchange device etc. which allow for accurate and flexible power interchange among users.SOLUTION: A power interchange device 30 receiving an excess power signal from the demand controller of its tenant transmits a power interchange request signal to the power interchange device 30 of other tenant. In the power interchange device 30 that received the power interchange request signal, reduction value in the power consumption due to change of setting of facility apparatus is displayed on the user interface section 34, if the prediction amount of power consumption at a demand time limit has no margin to an upper limit, and power interchange is impossible so long as the operation continues with the current facility setting. An interchangeable signal including the information of interchangeable amount, input by a user based on the facility set value thus displayed and the information of reduction amount, is transmitted to the power interchange device 30 of a requester. Upon receiving a formal request of power interchange from the power interchange device 30 of a requester, the upper limit is pulled down by the interchangeable amount, and the information of new facility setting is transmitted to the facility apparatus. |
