PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a variation in impedance at gain switching of a switchable gain amplifier, and reduce power consumption in impedance matching.SOLUTION: A control section 110 controls the impedance of matching circuits 140 and 160 on the basis of the gain of a power amplifier 150 and the setting of a TXAGC amplifier 131. The control section 110 can thus perform finer control depending on a signal level from the TXAGC amplifier 131 as well as the gain of the power amplifier 150. Especially, the control section 110 can reduce a variation in impedance at gain switching of the power amplifier 150 and reduce power consumption in impedance matching.
