PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device, a method for controlling the same, and a program, capable of easily generating a display image with little delay and a recording image with stably performed shake correction.SOLUTION: An imaging unit 12 generates an image signal of a captured image. A display processing unit 32 generates a display signal from the image signal. A motion information generation unit 22 generates motion information indicating shake of the imaging device. A memory unit 21 stores the image signal of the captured image and the motion information. A recording shake correction information generation unit 23 generates recording shake correction information for the captured image of a shake correction object stored in the memory unit 21 from the motion information stored in the memory unit 21. A recording image generation unit 24 generates an image signal of the recording image whose shake correction was performed from the image signal of the captured image of the shake correction object on the basis of the generated recording shake correction information. |
