摘要 The present invention relates to a plum jam which contains grape juice and a manufacturing method thereof, and, more particularly, to a manufacturing method of the plum jam which comprises the grape juice which includes 20-40 weight % of plum, 30-50 weight % of sugar and oligosaccharide. The present invention has an advantage by having the grape juice which has the viscosity by using the pactin while making the juice with grape; and adding in the plum which has insufficient pactin which is needed as coagulant while making jam. Furthermore, the present invention has an advantage of using the natural pactin component in the grape rather than an artificial pactin, thereby providing the plum jam and the manufacturing method which has no artificial additive.
