PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-supply circuit capable of outputting power of a high voltage with a relatively simple structure.SOLUTION: A pulse output circuit 1 has a power-supply circuit as a bouncer circuit 10 outputting a voltage superimposed on a load. The bouncer circuit 10 has a voltage control circuit 70 outputting a pulse-width modulation signal and a plurality of switching circuits 20 outputting a DC voltage according to the pulse-width modulation signal. The plurality of switching circuits 20 are connected in series to one another on an output end side. The bouncer circuit 10 can output a high DC voltage obtained by stacking output voltages from the plurality of switching circuits 20. Each switching circuit 20 can be easily constituted by common elements, without using special elements adaptable to high voltage. |
