PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a balcony, capable of letting heights of a floor surface of a habitable room and a floor surface of a balcony floor coincide with each other, even if an upper floor side building unit and a lower floor side building unit have different sizes in a short side direction of the unit.SOLUTION: A balcony eaves base beam 52 is connected to an upper floor girder 36, a balcony eaves beam 58 is connected to a lower floor ceiling girder 20, a balcony beam 46 is laid between the lower floor ceiling girder 20 and the upper floor girder 36 via the balcony eaves base beam 52 and the balcony eaves beam 58. A height difference exists between the lower floor ceiling girder 20 and the upper floor girder 36. Accordingly, the balcony beam 46 can be arranged in the state of inclining it with respect to a horizontal plane. Therefore, it is possible to discharge water on a floor surface 72A of a balcony 12 to the outside of a unit building 10 along the balcony beam 46, and the height of the floor surface 72A of a habitable room 50 and that of the floor surface 72A of the balcony 12 can be made substantially equal. |
