Disclosed is a corrosion test evaluation method for a metal component. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a corrosion test method for a metal component comprises: a step of corroding a metal component undergoing a corrosion test by making the metal component come in contact with a corrosion medium for a fixed period of time; a step of removing a corrosion-formed material formed on a surface of the corroded metal component; and a step of performing a corrosion test evaluation for the component by measuring at least one of out-of-roundness and surface roughness of the metal component from which the corrosion formed material is removed. According to the present invention, corrosion resistance is able to quantitatively be evaluated.
