Provided are an acrylic adhesive sheet, an adhesive tape for medical purposes, and a manufacturing method of the adhesive tape for medical purposes. The acrylic adhesive sheet is formed with a porous structure comprising a plurality of pores. Also, the acrylic adhesive sheet has a water vapor transmission rate of 2,000-3,500 g/m^2·24h under conditions of 24°C and 25% RH, and a density of approximately 0.6-0.9 g/cm^3.
