A memory system comprises: a first metal module adjacent to a memory device; a second metal module spaced from the memory device; and a control circuit detecting a temperature difference between the first and second metal modules and changing data stored in the memory device depending on the detection result. According to the present invention, the memory system randomly changes the data, stored in the memory device, as a first or a second logic level when cold boot attack is attempted to the memory device so that security may be enhanced. |
