According to the present invention, a composition for inducing differentiation including pancreas islet cell culture liquid and a method of co-culturing pancreas islet cells facilitate the production of insulin producing cells by inducing differentiation of pluripotent stem cell into insulin producing cells, thereby being used actively in solving the shortage of supply sources of pancreas islet cells, which are provided for treating diabetes, so as to effectively treat diabetes.
