A support device (10) for implanting stentless valve prostheses (V), such as biological heart valves, includes:
- a hub (12) defining a manipulation axis (X12) for the device (10), and
- a plurality of support portions (14a) for a stentless valve prosthesis. The hub (12) is flexibly connected to the support portions (14a) to allow displacing the manipulation axis (X12) for the device (10) between the support portions (14a).
