The method for treating the chronic pancreatitis complicated with wirsungolithiasis, pseudocyst of the head of pancreas and biliary obstruction in the terminal division of choledoch comprises laparotomy, the mobilization of pancreas and duodenum, the longitudinal pancreatotomy followed by applying the longitudinal pancreatojejunoanastomosis in the intestine excluded according to Roux technique. Two-stage surgery is performed. At the first stage, the cyst of the head of pancreas is drained under echographic control. At the second stage, the surgery is performed in pancreas. In addition, transduodenal papillosphincterotomy with wirsungoplasty is performed. Wirsung duct is drained through the greater duodenal papilla. The drainage is then passed through the stump of the cystic duct. |
