The present invention relates to a display device which controls output from a timing controller in a low frequency operation and minimizes power consumption, and a driving method thereof. The driving method of the present invention includes a first step of storing pixel row-to-image data received from a system, a second step of outputting an interface control signal which selects the holding or output of data according to pixel row-to-refresh rate, and a third step of controlling data supply to a data driver according to the state of the interface control signal. |
