According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a touch display apparatus providing an improved viewing angle with the use of a black matrix layer of a thin film. A substrate where a plurality of subpixel areas and a black matrix area are defined is provided, wherein a first light absorbing layer is arranged in the black matrix area. A touch sensing layer is arranged on the first light absorbing layer, and a touch wiring electrode is arranged on the touch sensing layer and in the black matrix area. A cell gap of the touch display apparatus can be reduced by using the black matrix layer using a thin film of the light absorbing layer, thereby providing an improved viewing angle. |
