The present invention relates to an overcharge prevention valve, to reduce a pressure drop inside a fuel tank when charging a gas fuel. The overcharge prevention valve comprises: a valve housing with an inlet port and a discharge port to receive and discharge a gas fuel, and arranged inside a fuel tank of a gas fuel vehicle; a valve body arranged inside the valve housing, to open and close the discharge port; a float to be floated on the gas fuel in the fuel tank, to open and close the discharge port using the valve body according to a liquid surface height of the gas fuel by being connected to the valve body; and a discharge pipe having a lower opening, connected to the discharge port, and extended to be in close contact with a lower portion of the fuel tank, to discharge the gas fuel toward the inside of the fuel tank. |
