Embodiments of the present invention relate to a light source module coupling apparatus to effectively support a light source module providing planar light by diffusing light of a point light source, and a lighting apparatus having the same. The light source module coupling device comprises: a bracket having a body and first and second wing units bent in both edges of the body; a base plate supporting the bracket; and a fixing member for fixing the body on the base plate.
