PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional slicer in which a sliding surface of a cooked food is one side, and only one-way cut and a slice plane are allowed to come in, and therefore only to cut the cooked food into shredding is enabled, accordingly, when fine cutting is necessary, the shredded cooked food has to be cut in the fine shape with a kitchen knife or a cutter again after performing the shredding, and therefore time and labor are required very much.SOLUTION: A fine slicer of the present invention is characterized as follows: a sliding surface a(2) and a sliding surface b(3) for sliding cooked food are disposed to be perpendicular on the upper surface of a slicer body 1; blades (4, 6) for incising the cooked food in the vertical direction to the sliding direction are provided on one end side of each upper surface of the sliding surfaces a, b(2, 3) at least one place or more, respectively; and further, blades (5,7) for incising the cooked food in the surface direction parallel to the sliding surface are provided at least one place or more, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
