PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-hole cleaning roughening device in which the intra-hole cleaning of a large-diameter hole drilled by using a core drill and the roughening of a pore wall are efficiently finished in high quality.SOLUTION: An intra-hole cleaning roughening device includes: a work cylinder 20 comprising an inner cylinder 21 and an outer cylinder 25 capable of performing synchronous rotation in a drilled hole 2 using rotational force applied from a rotary rod 12; and brush members 30 projected from the inner cylinder 21 side toward the pore wall side in a retractable manner through an opening spirally formed at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction in the peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 25, and constituting multiple spiral brush lines 35 following the alignment of the opening. The brush member 30 is retracted from the opening of the outer cylinder 25 to the inner cylinder 21 side when inserting the work cylinder 20 into the drilled hole 2. The work cylinder 20 is rotated by the rotational force applied from the rotary rod 12 in the cleaning and roughening work, and the tips of the brushes 35 of the brush members 30 are rotated while being brought into abutment with the pore wall of the drilled hole 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
