<p>The slat (1) has a coupling section (2) for connecting with another sun guard slat. The coupling section originates from a slat body (3). A cavity (4) is formed in the slat body to receive a coupling section of the latter sun guard slat. An aperture (5) is opened diagonally downward by the cavity. The former coupling section and/or the cavity comprise one or multiple projections (7), which are formed on a lower side of a seam (8) that is arranged in a cavity wall (6). The slat is manufactured by roll forming a metal strip or an extruded profile. An independent claim is also included for a sun blind.</p> |
