For an apparatus for removing foreign substances of a stone structure which can be used easily and a removal method thereof, the present invention provides the apparatus for removing foreign substances of the stone structure, which has: a main body part; a transfer pipe which moves a flowing gas to remove the foreign substances of the stone structure while being connected to the main body part; a support part supporting the transfer pipe; and a camera device photographing whether the foreign substances of the stone structure are removed, while being located on an upper side of the support part, and the removal method thereof.
