The present invention relates to a rope type mesh bonding and cutting device which is to continuously manufacture a mesh while repeating bonding and cutting of the rope type mesh at a predetermined position. According to the present invention, the rope type mesh bonding and cutting device includes: a guide plate and a guide roller for guiding the rope type mesh in the upper part of a frame on both sides; an elliptical bonding roller operated by a heater member and a motor to bond the mesh in the lower part and first and second transfer rollers in the lower part; a tension roller installed in the lower part of the elliptical bonding roller; a rotation blade for cutting the mesh in the lower part, which is formed on a transfer unit reciprocating to both left and right sides; a discharge roller for discharging the bonded and cut mesh, which is installed in the lower part of the transfer unit; and a driving unit comprising a chain gear and a chain. According to the present invention, the rope type mesh bonding and cutting device can remarkably improve productivity by repeating cutting and bonding at the predetermined position while continuously supplying the rope type mesh. The rope type mesh bonding and cutting device can provide convenience of producing a completely bonded mesh with a predetermined length so that all workers can easily and safely produce the completely bonded mesh with the predetermined length. The rope type mesh bonding and cutting device can provide the mesh enabling the worker to reduce labor and much time for packaging onions, tangerines, and eggs and enables beautiful packaging. |
