A method for manufacturing a device including an inorganic/organic hybrid perovskite compound film comprises: (a) step for laminating a first structure including a first surface layer having one or more materials among material i) to material v), and a second structure including a second surface layer having one or more materials among the material i) to the material v), which is independently positioned from the first surface layer, to touch the first surface layer and the second surface layer, wherein the material i) refers to inorganic/organic hybrid perovskite compound, the material ii) refers to organic halide, the material iii) refers to metal halide, the material iv) refers to inorganic/organic hybrid perovskite compound precursor, and the material v) refers to metal halide precursor; and (b) step for applying thermal and physical power to a lamination body in which the first structure and the second structure are laminated.
