PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render a conductive thin line constituting a conductive pattern of a conductive pattern sheet to be less likely visually recognized by an observer.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a conductive pattern sheet is provided, which includes: a resist pattern forming step of forming a resist pattern 83 on a laminate 80 having a base sheet and a conductive layer 81 disposed on the base sheet, in which the resist pattern 83 is formed on the conductive layer 81 side and includes a base end face 83a located on the base sheet side, a top end face 83b located opposing to the base end face 83a, and a pair of side faces 83c, 83d connecting the base end face 83a and the top end face 83b, and the side faces 83c, 83d of the resist pattern 83 include a non-smooth face 84; and a conductive pattern forming step of forming a conductive pattern 50 comprising a patterned conductive layer 81 by etching the conductive layer 81 by using the resist pattern 83 as a mask to pattern the conductive layer 81.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
