<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic heat treatment method for metal rings capable of automatically executing the heat treatment of a large amount of the metal rings. <P>SOLUTION: A heat treatment tool pushes a metal ring into spaces of a plurality of shelf members having an opening part in which the total sum of the sides thereof is larger than the length of an outer circumference of the elastic metal ring, and provided parallel to each other at the predetermined spacing in the vertical direction so that the entire metal ring is deformed in a substantially polygonal shape from the arrangement state of the metal ring so as to allow the metal ring to pass through the opening part, and pressed and held from the inner side, and pulled out from the opening part. The heat treatment tool is provided with a similar opening part to the previous one, and capable of loading the metal ring parallel to each other at the spacing in the vertical direction. After the entire metal ring held from the inner side in the arrangement state is inserted from the opening part of the heat treatment tool, the holding from the inner side in the arrangement state is released, and loaded, and the metal ring is subjected to the heat treatment, and the metal ring is pulled out from the space between the shelf members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
