<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for allowing independently running users to share running experience with each other in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a server and a plurality of terminal devices. Each terminal device measures a running distance and a running speed, and transmits running information including a measured time, the running speed, and the running speed to the server device. The server device controls the running information received from the plurality of terminal devices, and transmits the running information of each terminal, about a running distance difference of a predetermined value or below to the terminal. Based on the running information of the other terminal device obtained from the server device and the running information of its own device, the terminal device calculates the time at which the user is overtook by the other user or overtakes the other user, and informs the user of this device, at the calculated time or before a predetermined time from the calculated time, that the user will overtake the other user or be overtook by the other user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
