PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a thermally conductive sheet, in which a thermally conductive sheet with a high thermal conductivity can be obtained by orienting particles for thermal conduction such that surfaces of the particles for thermal conduction are parallel in a sheet thickness direction, while 100 percent of raw materials therefor are efficiently used, and also a thermally conductive sheet can be formed in a large-area thin-film sheet even if a soft sheet material is used.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a thermally conductive sheet, linear coating films are stacked to be formed in a sheet, by repeating the formation of each linear coating film at the same position by coating a liquid that contains scale plate-like particles for thermal conduction, a coating width of the linear coating film being a thermally conductive sheet thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
