PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit and on-vehicle controller capable of taking a prompt step to address an abnormality in an output element with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A signal processor stops a switching operation of T1 of a switching regulator by outputting a T1OFF signal when VOM output from a series regulator continues to be an overvoltage until FT3 elapses, thereby suppressing a time for which an overvoltage is output to a microcomputer to FT3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
