PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck pillow capable of positively maintaining an S-shaped curve when a user is in a reclining posture or such a decubitus posture as to sit on a chair, a wheelchair, a dental treatment chair or the like, and a neck pillow system.SOLUTION: A neck pillow includes a neck supporting part 102 that is formed in a surface shape curved almost along a natural curve of a back surface of a neck part 11, and a pair of swelling parts 104 that are positioned on both the sides of the neck supporting part 102, respectively, and formed in such a shape as to abut on a lower part of a mastoid process 1 of a head 10 and a lower part of an external occipital protuberance 2.
