PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inhibitors which inhibit amyloid fiber formation, to provide decomposers that disassemble amyloid fibers, to provide medicaments for the prevention, therapy, and/or progressive inhibition of neurodegenerative disease, and to provide production methods of the inhibitors and decomposers.SOLUTION: An inhibitor that inhibits amyloid fiber formation/decomposer that disassembles amyloid fibers of the invention contains a water-soluble peptide metal complex array represented by a formula (1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
