A shoe bottom (12) comprises an outsole element (13) having a substantially flat lower surface (17) designed to rest on the ground and an insole (14) superimposed on said outsole element (13). The outsole element (13) has a rear heel portion (16) protruding upwardly with respect to a front sole portion (15) thereof and the insole (14) has a lower surface (20) which comprises a hole (24) open downwardly and suitable for housing the heel portion (16) protruding upwardly from the outsole element (13) and which is complementary to the upper surface (19) of the outsole element (13).
