The invention relates to the cardiology, namely to the method for diagnosing the ischemic lesions of myocardium. The method comprises magnetocardiography with reconstruction of the maps of current density vectors within ST-T interval and four subintervals of QRS complex. The quantitative diagnostic parameters are calculated. For the temporal intervals indicated above, the sum of the lengths of all vectors (total current) and the autocorrelation coefficient of the current map and its correlations with the map at T apex are calculated. The "total current-time", "correlation coefficient-time" curves are plotted. The parameters of these curves are calculated such as the area under the curve, the temporal intervals and their ratios. The curves are divided into the ranges assigned as "non-lesion", "slight lesion", "significant lesion" scored them as 0, 1 or 2 points, correspondingly. When the sum of points is inferior to 7, the ischemic lesions of the ventricles are not revealed. When the sum of points is within 8-16, the slight ischemic lesions are present. When the sum exceeds 17, the lesions are significant. |
