A method for making short pastry biscuits includes preparing an emulsion with the polymalt extract "Polysol", kneading dough, forming dough half-finished products, baking, cooling and packing the biscuits. A stage of cooling the dough mass in the course of 40-60 min., at a temperature of 4-8 °C, is additionally introduced. |
