The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to cardiosurgery and may be used for the reconstruction of the tricuspid valve in the patients with the massive destruction of the cusps in the infectious endocarditis of the right heart. The method comprises the reconstruction of the tricuspid valve with the patch tailored from pericardium without drawing together the competent chords. Then one or several artificial chords made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sutures are implanted.
