The invention relates to the field of bio-chemistry and can be used in laboratory diagnostics for blood analysis at disorders of the homeostasis system. The test-system includes human blood plasma, streptokinase, concentrate of buffer solution, bull fibrin-monomer (freeze dried or in solution), and the determination of plasminogene is carried out through determination the time of semi-lysis of fibrin clot, by that rate of lysis of fibrin clot is calculated, with determination of concentration of plasminogene in blood plasma by calibration curve of the depencence of fibrin clot lysis on concentration of plasminogene. |
