PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving workability of a three-dimensional measurement of a three-dimensional shape. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional measuring system includes a detection light projecting means for temporally sequentially projecting first detection light and second detection light to a first area of the three-dimensional shape of an object provided with a plurality of identification points; an image photographing means for photographing an image of the first area illuminated by a projection from the detection light projecting means; a shape obtaining means for obtaining three-dimensional shape data representing the three-dimensional shape of the first area based on an image produced when the first detection light is projected; a position obtaining means for obtaining first position data representing respective positions of a plurality of focused identification points arranged in the first area based on the image produced when the second detection light is projected; and an indication light projecting means for projecting first position indication light toward the object, the first position indication light indicating respective positions of the plurality of focused identification points based on the first position data.
