The drive device for a washing machine, comprises an electric motor (10), a drive shaft (12), which is connected to the electric motor for the rotary drive, and an electronic system for controlling the operation of the electric motor. The electric motor and the electronic system are integrated in a common unit, which has a rectangular wall (18), which is thermally coupled both to the electric motor and to the electronic system. The electronic system comprises a temperature sensor (30) for recording the temperature of the wall. The drive device for a washing machine, comprises an electric motor (10), a drive shaft (12), which is connected to the electric motor for the rotary drive, and an electronic system for controlling the operation of the electric motor. The electric motor and the electronic system are integrated in a common unit, which has a rectangular wall (18), which is thermally coupled both to the electric motor and to the electronic system. The electronic system comprises a temperature sensor (30) for recording the temperature of the wall. The thermal couplings are formed between the wall and the electric motor and between the wall and electronic system, so that a critical temperature for the electric motor and a critical temperature for electronic system are reached during operation of the electric motor at equal measuring temperature of the temperature sensor. The electronic system producing heat comprises power components, which are pressed in close contact against the wall. The wall is formed through a bearing plate for swiveling storing of the drive shaft and/or the rotor of the electric motor. The electric motor is arranged on one side of the wall and the electronic system is arranged on the other side of the wall. A blower (22) is intended for cooling the wall, which is mutually intended in the common unit. The electric motor and electronic system are integrated in a common motor housing. The electronic system for protection against dust and/or humidity is totally or partly varnished, poured and provided with plastic covers. |
