The device for osteosynthesis of metaphyseal fractures of the shoulder contains the base with the openings made longitudinally and the spring-loaded eccentric cage with guiding element. The free end of the cage is equipped with the inclined shaped grooved shank with laddered upper edge. The width of the shank is superior to that of the base.
