METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF CAPILLARY AND HYDRAULIC CHARACTERISTICS OF POROUS STRUCTURE

A method for determination of capillary and hydraulic characteristics of porous materials with open porosity (i.e. porous structures) is realized through carrying out experiments with measurement of motion of liquid in a sample of porous structure, and time of the process flow. The process takes place within one joint experiment on liquid suction to porous structure in opposition to force of gravity, at that only two measurements of displacement of meniscus and time from the beginning of the processandare made.
