The invention relates to the area of fan building, in particular to centrifugal double-suction fan, and can be used in fans of main ventilation that operate at mines and pits. The impeller of the centrifugal double-suction fan includes the main and cover discs with blades placed in pairs between those, at the outlet sections of those onlays are placed, at that the onlays fixed on the outlet sections of each pair of blades are arranged as one part as one onlay with central cut for the main disc. It is rational to make the onlay in rectangular or wing-like form. It is rational to make the onlay in rectangular or wing-like form with flare at outlet. It is rational to make the onlay of metal or of flexible martial. Use of the device proposed provides increase of parameters of the fan at lower consumption of electric energy due to rational use of air flow.
