An F-class amplifier comprises a transistor, to which an input signal is supplied, and has a parallel output capacitance and a series output inductance (drain or collector) transistor, a choke and a first length of transmission line are connected to said transistor, the second transistor terminal (source or emitter) is connected to the common terminal, the second choke end is connected to the positive terminal of power source. The second and third length of the transmission line are connected to the second terminal of first length of the transmission line. The first capacitor is connected to the second end of fifth length of the transmission line; the other lead of said capacitor is connected to the sixth length of the transmission line, the other end of sixth length is connected to the connection point of the fourth and seventh length of the transmission line. The second capacitor is connected to the other end of seventh length, the other capacitor lead is connected to the common terminal. The other end of third length of the transmission line is connected to the connection point of the third and fourth capacitors. The other capacitor lead is connected to the common terminal. The eighth and ninth length of the transmission line are connected to the other lead of fourth capacitor. The other end of eighth capacitor is connected to the common terminal. To the other end of the ninth length the fifth capacitor is connected, to the second terminal of which the first inductance, sixth capacitor and resistance are parallel connected, the other ends of which are connected to the common terminal. |
