<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to efficiently determine appropriate reading of new words. <P>SOLUTION: A partial reading creation part 105 creates a partial reading character string showing a part of a whole reading of a notation character string. A search part 108 searches a text 107 to be searched for with the notation character string and a partial reading character string as search keys. An whole reading detection part 109 extracts a subsidiary reading character string indicating reading of a part which does not correspond to the partial reading character string in the whole reading of the notation character string with respect to each of a plurality of search results, and the whole reading character string showing the whole reading is created.
