<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter bit rather inexpensively manufacturable by saving labor during the manufacturing by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: This cutter bit 10 includes a bit body 20 and a plurality of cover bodies 30 stacked on the bit body 20. In the bit body 20, an upper projection 24 is formed on the upper surface and a front projection 25 is formed on the front surface.
